What minimun shipping rates for Peninsular Malaysia?
Our minimum shipping rate is first 2kg RM8.84. This is the best rate we can found in Malaysia for all customer.
I from outside of Malaysia, I decided to purchase an products and process to checkout, but I CAN'T SEE CREDIT CARD payment method for selection, what should I do?
Due to our payment gateway system, credit card payment can only be made when you choosing RINGGIT MALAYSIA in the currency menu on the left top corner of the home page. For Example, you have shop and browse through our e-store in U.S Dollar Currency, by the time you need to check out and process for payment , you need to switch the currency back to Ringgit Malaysia at our front store left top corner. Which these, credit card payment will appear in the check out area.
I am living outside Malaysia, can I still make an order via ChubbyPetsGarden.com?

How long does it take my order to arrive?
ChubbyPetsGarden.com uses Pos Malaysia as its carrier for both domestic and international orders. Your shipping charges are based on the number of items, weight ordered and the country we are shipping to.
We ship through 4 shipping method : Pos Register Parcel (Default) , Pos Laju, Pos Express(Envelope) & Express Air Maill Parcel (International).
FOR DOMESTIC ORDERS: Orders can be expected to receive within 3-10(Peninsular) business days, 4-65(Sabah, Sarawak & Labuan) business days after we ship from our product warehouse.(shipping period depend on buyer selection on checkout)
FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Orders can be expected within 3-20 business days after shipping from our warehouse. Delivery period depends on individual country and custom clearance. All International orders are shipped by air mail parcel.

I have saw the promotion on your online store, however when I visited your retail store, they have difference promotion
Yes, we do difference promotion for retail and online store, however we sometime will have same promotion running same time as in online and retail.
What about your international shipping rates?
Although we welcome orders from outside Malaysia, please bear in mind that all delivery charges and handling fees, also custom charges and import duties imposed by the destination country shall be fully paid for by the customer. All international orders must be billed to a credit card.
I have just received a refund e-voucher - what is the purpose of this voucher and how do I use it?
Due to product being out of stock and uncertainty in new stock intake, this refund voucher will be issued for your next purchase in case of a particular item being out of stock. You can key in the code provided into the discount code area.
What happens when I do not want to use the refund voucher and I want a refund in cash instead?
Yes, we can refund cash to you, however there will be a deduction of 4% from the total amount requested for refund. This 4% is charged from our payment gateway system if you are using ipay88(credit card, local bank ATM to make payment). However, if you are using the manually bank-in method, we can directly transfer the payment to you without the 4% charge. Please take note, payment refund transfer only be available to Public Bank.
I can't wait 30 days for my International order, is there a quicker way?
All deliveries will go through our standard mail/package carrier service Pos Malaysia. If you want your goods delivered within a shorter period, or maybe you have specific demands towards the condition of the goods delivered, do consider our premium delivery service or ship by air which uses a mail courier service (EMS) instead.
Orders placed with the premium delivery method should be made directly via email instead of the online store. This is to help us correspond with you for the shipping and handling rates.
Are the shipping charges displayed on your website accurate for orders outside Malaysia?
Unless you choose to partake in the Premium delivery service, the shipping rate information displayed at the shopping basket is generally reliable. However, this figure is not fool proof and may not reflect the real shipping rate at the time. Moreover, additional restrictions imposed by your destination country may also influence the final shipping rate. Worry not! I have place my order for a plastic cage, but when I received the cage, some parts is broken, what should I do?
All shipping is ship by POS MALAYSIA, we have no control of the handling of ANY FRAGILE item that customer ordered. We usually label "FRAGILE/MUDAH PECAH" on the package for customers who order for plastic or ceramic item, weather the Postman will handle with care or not, we have no control.
