Drontal Cat Tablets is a white to yellowish colour coated tablet. Each tablet contain 230 mg of pyrantel embonate (equivalent to 80mg pyrantel) and 20mg of praziquantel.
Mode of Administration
Oral - The tablets are to be given directly or can be disguised in food. No dietetic measures are necessary
Recommended Dose:
The recommended dose rates are 57.5 mg/kg pyrantel embonate and 5 mg/kg praziquantel. This is equivalent to 1 tablet per 4kg bodyweight.
2kg body weight = 1/2 tablet
4kg body weight = 1 tablet
6kg body weight = 1 1/2 tablets
